1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit
  • You receive an incorrect product
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect
  • The item delivered is materially different from the product description

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Minor color or texture variations due to screen settings or handmade processes

3. Reporting an Issue

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Clear photographs/videos of the item and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after the stated period may not be eligible.

4. Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production, personalization, or dispatch has not begun.
